He represents his clients in the courtroom with a sense of charity, compassion, and a desire to make things right for them. He combines his approaches cases with common sense gained from many years of courtroom experience, and makes it his priority to obtain the right result quickly.
David is married to Bernice Rebein and has two adult sons, Ben and Adam. He attended Dodge City Community College and Washburn University for his undergraduate education, and received his law degree from the University of Kansas. He is a former college baseball player, a fan of the New York Yankees, and the owner and frequent companion of two horses, a palomino gelding named Cuba and a chestnut gelding named Jack. He is a former president of the Kansas Bar Association, a member of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers, and a member of the American Association for Justice.
David has tried hundreds of cases and represented Fortune 500 Companies as well as individuals in high profile employment and personal injury cases. David is at home in both Federal and State Courts.
